1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The Petitioner has filed this CRLMC with a prayer to quash

the entire proceeding in C.T Case No.240 of 2026 pending before

the learned JMFC(III), Bhubaneswar arising out of Sahid Nagar

P.S. Case No.104 of 2026.

4. Issue notice.

5. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State waives

of notice on behalf of the Opposite Party No.1. One extra copy of

the CRLMC be served on her, who shall take instructions in the

matter. She is also directed to obtain the Case Diary by the next

date.

6. Issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by Speed Post with

A.D. Requisites shall be filed within three working days hence.

7. List this matter on 12.05.2026 along with CRLMC Nos.1084,

1093 and 1094 of 2026.
