3. Issue notice.

3.1 Since Mr. Ajodhya Ranjan Dash, learned counsel usually appears for Shree Lingaraj Mahaprabhu Bije at Bhubaneswar- Opposite Party No.1, a copy of the writ petition shall be served on him by 15th April, 2026.

3.2 Miss Naidu, learned counsel representing Opposite Party Nos.3 and 4 submits that she has already received copies and sought for instruction.

3.3 Hence, no requisites need be filed for issuance of notice as against Opposite Party Nos.1, 3 and 4.

4. Mr. Mishra, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner prays for to take out notice on Opposite Party No.2 by special messenger.
