03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Mr.Bharat Bhusan Routray, leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that although the petitioners are in custody since 08.06.2025, but trial is yet to be concluded, however, two witnesses have been examined. On the other hand, Mr.S.C.Pradhan, learned Addl. PP submits that all the petitioners are having sizeable criminal antecedents of similar nature. In such view of the submission, the learned trial Court is requested to submit a report as to the status of trial and the probable time required for disposal of the case by next date.

3. Accordingly, list this matter on 2nd May, 2026. A copy of this order be immediately communicated to learned trial Court for compliance.
