1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that Your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit the Writ petition, issue notice to the Opposite Parties and after hearing the parties would further be pleased to direct the Opposite Parties to issue the Provisional Admission Letter (Admit Card) of the Main Examination to the Petitioner, by allowing her to appear in the Phase-II, i.e. in the Main examination scheduled to be held on 26th April, 2026 in pursuant to the Notice bearing No.IIE- 14/2026-963/OSSSC, Dated 17th March, 2026 under Annexure-7, or else the Petitioner will be highly prejudiced.

And/or pass any such order/s as may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstance of the case;

And for this act of kindness, the Petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray.

4.It is contended that Petitioner though has given the correct reply to Question No.75 of the Preliminary Examination,Phase-I, but he has not been awarded mark. Because of the that, she has been deprived to appear the Phase-II examination which has now been fixed to 26.04.2026 under Annexure-7. It is also contended that ventilating her grievance, Petitioner though has moved an application before Opp. Party No.2 on 17.03.2026 under Annexure-6, but no decision has been taken as yet. It is accordingly contended that Opp. Party No.2 be directed to take a decision on the representation made by the Petitioner under Annexure-6, so that she can appear the Phase-II examination, which has now been fixed to 26.04.2026.

5.Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate has no serious objection to the course of action proposed.

6.Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and considering the submission, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition, directs Opp. Party No.2 to take a decision on the representation made by the Petitioner under Annexure-6 on or before 20th April, 2026 with due communication to the Petitioner. If on consideration of the Petitioner's claim, it will be found that Petitioner has become eligible, consequential follow- up action be taken in allowing the Petitioner to take the Phase-II Examination to be held on 26.04.2026. Opp. Party No.2 is directed to act on production of the certified copy of this order.

7. The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
