2. Instant appeal under Order 43 Rule 1(u) C.P.C. is filed by the appellants challenging the impugned judgment as at Annexure-2 in R.F.A. Case No.17 of 2024 on the grounds stated therein.

3. Recorded the submission of Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the appellants. Considering the facts pleaded on record and the grounds advanced, the Court is inclined to formulate the substantial question of law after hearing the respondents.

4. Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the respondents is absent at the time of call.
