1. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant, by filing a memo in Court today, submitted that pursuant to the judgment dated 7th February, 2012 passed in L.A. Case No.62 of 2005, the appellant is willing to deposit the settled amount of Rs.25,000/- towards the damage sustained by the petitioner (respondent no.1 herein) in respect of the ginger crops and Rs.99,290/- towards damage sustained by her in respect of the trees. Therefore, the appellant does not want to proceed with matter and seeks permission to withdraw the same. The said memo is taken on record.

2. In view of the above, the LAA stands disposed of as withdrawn.
