                                      ORDER

03.09.2025 RPFAM No.233 of 2025 & Order No. I.A. No.370 of 2025

01. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

3. Issue notice to the Opposite Party on admission and stay by Speed Post with A.D. fixing a short returnable date, indicating therein that the matter is likely to be disposed of at the stage of admission. Requisites be filed by 08.09.2025.

4. Accept one set of process fee.

5. At this juncture, Para-4 of I.A. No.370 of 2025, being relevant, is extracted below:-

"That it is humbly submitted by the petitioner that, the Opp. Party-wife is getting Rs.7000/- from the petitioner towards her monthly interim maintenance and an amount of Rs.12500/- (Rs.7000/- for interim maintenance + Rs. 5500/- for arrear interim maintenance) amount is deducted from the salary of the petitioner in every month."

6. In view of the averments made in the revision petition so also para-4 of the I.A., as an interim measure, the operation of the impugned judgment dated 29.07.2025 is stayed till the next date.

7. It is made clear that the Petitioner shall go on paying, as has been detailed in the RPFAM so also para-4 of the I.A. during pendency of the revision petition.

8. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 27th October, 2025.

9. Tracking report of notice to the Opposite Party be kept on record before the next date of listing.

10. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application as per rules.
