1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Learned counsel for the State is directed to take instruction

regarding the status of the Plot No.72 Kissam-Biali

Dophasala of Mouza-Adaspur recorded in the name of

Roads and Building (R & B) Government of Odisha which is

factually incorrect as per the judgment dated 03.12.2011

passed by the Civil Judge (S.D.) 2nd Court, Cuttack in C.S.

No.144 of 2004.

3. List this matter on 12th November, 2025.

4. As an interim measure, it is directed that status quo as on

today in respect of the Plot No.72 shall be maintained by the

parties, till the next date of listing of this matter.
