2. Heard Mr. A. Tripathy, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.2.

3. During the course of hearing, it is stated at the Bar that the matter is covered by judgment dated 12.03.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.15202 of 2010 and other connected matters and the said judgment is the subject matter of Intra Court Appeal in WA No.167 of 2018.

4. Considering the same, liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the Parties to seek listing of the matter after disposal of WA No.167 of 2018.
