01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This CONTC arises out of the judgment/order dated

23.04.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.10814 of 2025.

3. Heard.

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf both the

parties, this Court is of the view that no CONTC is made

out. This Court, therefore, declines to entertain the prayer

made in this CONTC.

5. This CONTC is, accordingly, disposed of being

dropped.
