                                         ORDER

01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. Alleging non-compliance of order dated 09.01.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.36345 of 2022, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Contempt Petition.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, contended that the inaction of the Opposite Party-Contemnor in not complying with the order of this Court is contemptuous.

4. Learned counsel for the Contemnor, on the other hand, submitted that the State Government has already taken a decision and the O.C.S. (R.A.) Rules, 2020 has been suitably amended vide Notification dated 04.04.2025 of the G.A. & P.G. Department,

Government of Odisha. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Contemnor sought for some more time to implement the aforesaid order dated 09.01.2023.

5. Considering such submissions, as a last chance, this Court grants further three months' time to the Opposite Party-Contemnor to implement the order dated 09.01.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.36345 of 2022 keeping in view the latest Notification of the G.A. & P.G. Department, Government of Odisha dated 04.04.2025 as well as the judgment dated 02.05.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.6075 of 2025, arising out of SLP(C) No.19812 of 2024, failing which, the Opposite Party-Contemnor will be asked to appear before this Court and shall have to face consequences for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
