17. 1. These matters are taken up through hybrid mode. . 2. As directed, Mr. Parameswar B- Opposite Party No.3 is present in person.

3. An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No.5-Contemnor stating therein that she has joined recently in the month of November. Further she is unable to appear before this Court today because of a family bereavement.

4. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly submits that he would not stand in the way of the Opposite Party No.5 seeking exemption from personal appearance on such ground.

5. Mr. Parhi, learned DSGI referring to paragraph No.4 of the affidavit submits that necessary steps have already been taken and that appropriate action shall be taken within two weeks.

6. In the affidavit filed by the Opposite Party No.5, it is stated under paragraph No.4 as follows:-

"It is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly exempt the Deponent from appearing in person on 06.11.2025 because of a family bereavement. The Deponent also seeks the indulgence of this Hon'ble Court to grant two weeks' time to take needful action.The Deponent tenders an unconditional and sincere apology for her inability to appear in person."

7. Having regard to the commitment made by the Opposite Party No.5-contemnor before this Court as referred above, this Court is willing to grant exemption to opposite Party No.5 from personal appearance.

8. Furthermore, Mr. Parameswar B-Opposite Party No.3 is also directed to render necessary cooperation in fully implementing the judgment of this Court.

9. Taking note of the submissions as above, the contempt application is adjourned to 4th December, 2025 to be listed at the top.

10. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the cause title insofar as the names of the contemnors is concerned.

11. The personal appearance of Mr. Parameswar B is dispensed with for the time being. He shall appear again on the next date.

12. The Opposite Party No.5 shall also appear in person on that day and file full compliance affidavit. It is made clear that if the judgment has been fully complied with in the meantime, she need not appear.
