2. It is stated at the Bar that the State has preferred SLP against the judgment passed by this Court. It is not clear whether any order of stay has been passed.

3. Learned State Counsel shall inform this Court as to if the order can be provisionally complied with subject to result of the SLP, in case no stay order is found to be operating.

4. Since it is submitted that the SLP is likely to be listed in the 2nd week of February, 2026, list this matter on 13th March, 2026.
