It appears that the CRLA No.89 of 2005 and CRLA No.90 of 2005 are connected to this CRLA, but it has to be shown separately in the cause list indicating the name of learned counsel for the parties and all the matters should also be listed along with CRLA No.86 of 2005, which is also connected to it.

From the learned trial Court judgment, it appears that seventeen accused persons faced trial for various offences including the offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and the learned trial Court has

Learned counsel for the State though was asked to obtain instruction regarding the wellbeing report in respect of appellants, but he seeks some time to obtain instruction in that respect.

List this matter along with CRLA No.86 of 2005, CRLA No.89 of 2005 and CRLA No.90 of 2005 on 09.12.2025.

Let learned counsel for the State obtain the wellbeing report of all the eleven appellants in these four appeals.

Mr. A. Pradhan, learned counsel, who is an associate of Mr. D.P. Dhal, learned Senior Advocate submits that he may be supplied with a copy of the paper book.

Let the Registry supply the paper book to the learned counsel for the appellant by tomorrow (26.11.2025).
