01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of the order dated 14.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P(C) No.21291 of 2023.

3. Considering the submission made, this Court, by providing a last chance, deems it proper to dispose of the Contempt Petition with a direction to the Opposite Party- Contemnor to comply with the direction of this Court dated 14.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P(C) No.21291 of 2023 , if the same has not been complied with in the meantime, as a last chance, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of service of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner,
