04. 1. Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to take steps to serve the respondent No.8. He is directed to furnish the correct address of the respondent No.8.
2. So far as the service on the respondent Nos.1 to 7, 9, 13 to 16 are concerned, the Postal endorsement indicates that the notice could not be served on them because the addressee "always absent".
3. Learned counsel for the appellants, by relying on the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of C.C. Alavi Haji vs. Palapetty Muhammed
and another, reported in (2007) 6 SCC 555 submits that the service on the respondent Nos.1 to 7, 9, 13 & 16 shall be treated as sufficient in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The service on the respondents is taken to be sufficient. Unutilised copy of the postal requisites may be used for the purpose of service.
