1. This I.A. has been filed praying for the modification of a

condition in judgment dated 09.08.2024.

2. The prayer for bail of the petitioner had been allowed vide

judgment dated 09.08.2024 but a condition had been imposed that he

should report before the Patnagarh Police Station once a week,

preferably on a Sunday between 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for a period of four

months and thereafter once a month preferably on the first Sunday

between 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. till conclusion of trial.

3. Mr. M. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits after

his release on bail the petitioner has complied with the said

condition. But as he is a resident of Baradapada, Attapur under Soro

Police Station and Patnagarh Police Station is about 700km from his

village, the said condition is causing him serious financial as well as

physical hardship.

4. Mr. S. Pradhan, learned Additional Standing Counsel is

directed to obtain instructions from the IIC, Patnagarh Police Station

if the petitioner has complied with condition regarding appearance

before the Patnagarh Police Station and if investigation in the case is

over.

5. List this case on 21.03.2025.
