2. After hearing is taken place, the matter was kept reserved for preparation of judgment. At the time of dictation certain clarifications were required, which were not agitated at the time of argument. So the matter requires further hearing. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned".
3. It is stated at the Bar that further hearing is required. Since the assignment of this Bench has been changed in the meantime, Registry is instructed to place the record before the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice to seek His Lordship's permission for listing before appropriate Bench.
