Learned counsel for the State submits that the opinion of the learned Public Prosecutor, who was conducting the trial has been sought for as to whether appeal challenging the impugned judgment and order of conviction passed by the learned trial court would be preferred or not.

In view of such submission, list this matter on 14.07.2025.
