01. 1. Heard Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Instant petition is filed by the petitioner for condonation of delay in terms of Section 5 of Limitation Act for the reason stated therein.

3. Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife and she has challenged the impugned judgment in Criminal Appeal No.35 of 2022 since there has been no provision made to bear the expenses of her daughter by the opposite parties and in particular, opposite party No.1.

4. Accepting the explanation offered and submission of Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court is inclined to condone the delay which has taken place in filing the revision.

5. Accordingly, it is ordered.

6. In the result, consequently, the I.A. is disposed with the delay of 57 days being condoned.

1. Heard Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Instant revision is filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned decision by judgment in Criminal Appeal No.35 of 2022 as at Annexure-2. Considering the facts pleaded on record and grounds stated therein in the revision petition, the Court is inclined to issue notice to the opposite parties.

3. Hence, it is ordered.

4. Notice to the opposite parties by Registered Post with AD making it returnable at an early date and for the said purpose, requisites shall be filed by Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner within next seven days from today.

5. List on 29th July, 2025 for final hearing and orders.
