3. Learned AGA -Mr. Mohanty, on request of the Court, accepts notice for all the Opposite Parties. Required number of copies of the writ petition with all the documents be served on him within three working days.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the subject matter is covered by a catena of decisions of Coordinate Benches of this Court. He waves a dozen judgments to the Court across the Bar.

5. Learned AGA-Mr. Mohanty wants a short accommodation to verify and come back with the instructions of his client.
