2. Mr. Budhadev Routray, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submitted that in 2010, the non-ITI helpers were considered for regularisation in a meeting for settlement pursuant to which certain outsourced persons were regularised. Subsequent thereto, certain Data Entry Operators filed a writ petition, i.e., W.P.(C) No.2688 of 2016, which came to be disposed of by judgment dated 06.04.2021, and the directions in said judgment were implemented.

3. Mr. Bijay Kumar Dash, learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 placed much reliance on paragraph-9 of the counter affidavit.

4. At the request of learned counsel for the parties, list this matter tomorrow (23.07.2025) along with W.P.(C) No.13752 of 2020 for further hearing.
