1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. P.K. Panda, learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the Appellants.

3. This application has been filed with a prayer to dispense with the filing of certified copy of the impugned Judgment.

4. Since such prayer is not entertainable, this Court is not inclined to entertain the I.A..

5. However, considering the request made by the learned Addl. Standing Counsel that certified copy of the impugned judgment will be filed by 14th February, 2025, this Court while disposing the I.A., grants liberty to the Addl. Standing Counsel to file the same by 14th February, 2025 peremptorily, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.

6. I.A. accordingly stands disposed of.
