01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid

arrangement.

2. The Appellant, by filing this Appeal has

challenged the judgment/order dated 20.11.2024 in

Arbitration Misc Case No. 101 of 2018 of the District

Judge, Puri (arising out of Arbitration Award dated

07.07.2018 in Arbitration Misc Case No.108/2014 of the

Collector & Arbitrator, Puri) u/s 34 of Arbitration and

Conciliation Act, 1996 wherein the learned District Judge,

Puri partly allowed the aforesaid application of the

Appellant directing the Collector & Arbitrator, Puri to

consider the valuation of the Land in juxtaposition to the

claim of the Petitioners @ Rs. 40,00,000/- per acre.

4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to

the Opposite Parties.

5. Mr. U.C. Mohanty, learned counsel waives of

notice on behalf of the Opposite Parties. Two spare copies

of the brief be served on him to obtain instruction in the

matter.
