1. Mr. Routray, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of
01. applicants, who are four in number and seek leave to prefer appeal
against judgment dated 13th November, 2024 made by the learned
single Judge quashing advertisement no.04 of 2024 disclosed as
annexure-1 in the writ petition. He submits, his clients had applied
as candidates under the recruitment advertisement. Quashing of it
on ground of nonconformity with UGC guidelines is erroneous
inasmuch as consequence will be omission to again issue the
advertisement. As such leave be granted to his client to prefer
appeal against said judgment.
2. Mr. Dash, learned advocate, Additional Government
Advocate appears on behalf of State.
3. Issue notice along with this order on opposite party no.1 by
registered/speed post with A.D. Applicants will put in requisites.
4. List on 20th February, 2025.
