03. These matters are taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Mr.Bhagaban Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party No.2-Kishorimani Mishra in W.P. (C) No.30309 of 2024 and appearing for opposite party Nos.2 and 3, Kumudini Dubey and Tilottama Dubey in W.P. (C) No.28163 of 2024 seeks for some time to obtain instructions from the said opposite parties as to whether in terms of the proviso under Section 28 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, they shall file the applications before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Jharsuguda for modification of the judgment dated 27.04.2023 passed in L.A. Case No.20 of 1991 and judgment dated 04.05.2023 passed in L.A. Case No.26 of 1991 or challenge the said judgments/orders before the higher forum.

List these matters in the week commencing 17th February, 2025. Interim orders passed earlier in I.A. No.16103 of 2024 (arising out of W.P. (C) No.30309 of 2024) and I.A. No.14979 of 2024 (arising out of W.P. (C) No.28163 of 2024) shall continue till the next date.
