2. This is an application for modification of the judgment dated 16.02.2023 on the ground that in the table at page No.6, the lower Court case number in relation to CRLMC No.4558 of 2014 at serial No.13 has been wrongly mentioned as "2(c)CC No.18 of 2013" instead of "2(c)CC No. 41 of 2013".

3. Necessary correction be carried out accordingly.
