06. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the judgment dated 15.04.2023 passed by the Commissioner of Endowment, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.3 in O.A. property of the deity, Sri Radhakrushna Lalita Mahaprabhu Bije Sata Kutuni in the district of Ganjam.

3. It is stated at the Bar that the relief claimed in this writ petition is dependent on the disposal of M.S.A. No.11 of 2005 filed by Pradip Kumar Sahu (applicant in I.A. No.9375 of 2024 filed for intervention) and M.S.A. No.3 of 2023 filed by the present petitioner and both the M.S.As. are pending before this Court for adjudication.

4. In that view of the matter, no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping this matter pending till disposal of the aforesaid M.S.As.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to move this Court again if any cause of action still survives after disposal of M.S.A. Nos.11 of 2005 & 3 of 2023.

6. I.A. No.9375 of 2024 along with other Interim Applications is also disposed of accordingly.
