01. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. In view of the recent judgment of this Court in Gulsan Bibi & ors. Vs. Swapan Kumar Ghos & ors., reported in 2024 (III) ILR-CUT-247, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays to withdraw the Transfer Petition with leave to approach the concerned District Judge for transfer of MACT Case No.433 of 2022 from the Court of ADJ(LR)- cum-7th MACT, Cuttack to the Court of 2nd ADJ-cum-3rd MACT, Cuttack.

3. Accordingly, the Transfer Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
