Learned counsel for the petitioners files a memo in Court today stating therein that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a better one annexing the certified copy of the orders passed in RFA No.19 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned District Judge, Jharsuguda. The memo is taken on record.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed as withdrawn.

The certified copy of the judgment dated 15.02.2024 passed in Civil Suit No.38 of 2019 be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners on being substituted with photo copy.
