02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. Perused the order dated 30.12.2024. It appears that such order has been passed in violation of this Court's order dated 16.01.2024.

3. On a careful examination of order dated 30.12.2024, the Contemnor-Superintending Engineer has not only acted in a manner as if he is sitting an appeal before the judgment of the learned Judge, Family Court has also not taken into consideration the specific order passed by this Court vide order dated 16.01.2024.

4. On a careful examination of the materials on record as well as the order dated 30.12.2024, this Court is convinced that the conduct of the Superintending Engineer, Jagatsinghpur Irrigation Division,

Jagatsinghpur construed an act of contempt.

5. List this matter next Friday by adding the present Superintending Engineer, Jagatsinghpur Irrigation Division, Jagatsinghpur as contemnor.
