03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Since the Appellants seek for bail for their conviction and maximum substantive sentence of rigorous imprisonment for ten years, the State is at liberty to file objection to the bail application of the Appellants in terms of the judgment passed by the Apex Court in Atul Tripathy V. State of Uttar Pradesh and others; (2014) 9 SCC 177.
3. Further Mr. J. Panda, learned counsel for the Appellants is permitted to take the soft copy of the LCR in his own pen drive by redacting the Case Diary, so that he can take instruction in the matter.
4. Accordingly, list this matter on 12th March, 2025.
