15. 1. Learned counsel for the State is requested to address this Court to the submission of the learned Senior Counsel as to whether the matter is covered by the judgment of a Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 16.08.2024 in W.P.(C) No.24545 of 2021.

3. List these matters on 12.02.2025.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners in W.P.(C) No.23922 of 2021 relies on the following judgments:-

i) Jaggo vs. Union of India and Others in SLP(C) No.5580 of 2024.

ii) Shripal and another vs. Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad in Civil Appeal No.8157 of 2024 dated 31.01.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State is also requested to go through the same and deal with it in his response on the next date.

6. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.

7. Registry is requested to place on record the W.P.(C) No.24545 of 2021 for reference.
