Order No. 04.02.2025

01. 1. Mr. Mallik, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant,

who was writ petitioner. He submits, by impugned judgment dated

17th December, 2024 the writ petition was erroneously dismissed.

His client had challenged order made by the Assistant Registrar as

opposed to an order made by the society. There be interference in

appeal, to grant relief sought to his client.

2. Copy has been served on respondent no.3, who had lodged

caveat. Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of said

respondent and confirms receipt of appeal papers. The caveat is

discharged.

3. Mrs. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government

Advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.1, 5 and 6 (State).

4. Issue notice along with this order on respondent nos.2, 4 and 7

by registered/speed post with A.D. Appellant will put in requisites.

5. List on 4th March, 2025.
