  01.        1.      The appellant-husband is before this Court challenging the

judgment and decree dated 4th July, 2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhawanipatna in Civil Proceeding No.37 of 2023. By the said judgment and decree, the learned Judge, Family Court dismissed the CP filed by the appellant/petitioner-husband under Section-24 read with Section-25 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954.
