35. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. G.K. Agarwal, learned Senior Counsel, being assisted by Ms. S. Srivastava, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1, who is the Petitioner in I.A. No.1 of 2025 further.

3. During hearing, Mr. Agarwal, learned Senior Counsel files photocopy of judgment in V. Narayanaswamy Vs. C.P. Thirunavukkarasu, reported in (2000) 2 SCC 294, which be kept on record.

4. Mr. Agarwal, learned Senior Counsel also relies on a recent judgment of the Supreme Court dated 22.08.2025

passed in S.L.P(C) No.12491 of 2025 (Tankadhar Tripathy Vs. Dipali Das).

5. Due to paucity of time, further hearing on I.A. No.1 of 2025 stands adjourned.

6. As suggested by learned Senior Counsel for both the parties, the matter be listed on 8th January, 2026, to be taken up at 2.00 P.M., for further hearing on I.A. No.1 of 2025.
