07. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. . 2. On the last occasion this Court, taking note of the dismissal of the writ appeal filed against the judgment of this Court in the writ application observed that there is no legal impediment for implementing the judgment. Accordingly, the Opposite Party- Contemnors were put to notice as to why appropriate action shall not be taken against them for non-compliance of the judgment.
3. Show cause has been filed by the Opposite Party-Contemnors inter alia, stating that SLP has been preferred against the judgment passed by the Division Bench. Even then, the position that the judgment could still be complied with subject to result of the SLP, is not altered.
4. The Opposite Party-Contemnors are again put to notice as to why appropriate action shall not be taken against them for continued non-compliance of the judgment passed by this Court.
5. List this matter on 4th September, 2025.
