2. Mr. Pattanaik, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the judgment rendered by a co-ordinate bench in W.A. No. 17 of 2023 and batch of writ Appeals disposed of by a common judgment dated 15th July, 2025 squarely covers the issue involved in the present writ appeal.

3. Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the contesting Respondent No.1 prays for an adjournment to examine the same and make submission.

4. Put up this matter on 24th September, 2025 along with W.A. No. 1155 of 2022 under the heading of 'Fresh Admission'.

5. Interim order dated 22nd March, 2023 passed in I.A. No. 2799 of 2022 shall continue till the next date.
