11. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, the consolidated cause title has been filed since 17.09.2024.
3. Mr. Dash, learned ASC for the State prays for an adjournment to file Counter Affidavit. However, learned Counsel for the Petitioner hands up downloaded website copy of judgment dated 20.06.2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.9839 of 2014 (Sanatan Acharya Vs. Tahasildar, Panposh & ors.) to Mr. Dash, learned ASC for the State and files a copy of the same in the Court. The same is taken on record.
4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the said judgment of this Court in Sanatan Acharya (supra).
5. Learned State Counsel prays for a week's time to examine the said judgment to ascertain as to correctness of the submission made by the Petitioner, reserving his right to file Counter, if so required.
6. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 12th May, 2025.
7. Copy of the said judgment filed in the Court be kept on record.
