03. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The Petitioners have filed this Contempt Petition for

non-compliance of the judgment dated 24.12.2024 passed

by this Court in W.P.(C) No.10211 of 2024.

3. Heard.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the

judgment dated 24.12.2024 passed by this Court in

W.P.(C) No.10211 of 2024 has already been complied

with. However, the Contemnor has not released the

salary of the Petitioner No.1, as the Petitioner No.1 has

not vacated the quarter.

5. In such view of the above, the Petitioner No.1 is

directed to vacate the quarter within a period of ten days

from today. In such event, the Contemnor shall release

the salary of the Petitioner No.1 after he vacates the

quarter.

6. Accordingly, the CONTC is disposed of being

dropped.
