1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Since Mr. Sayed Iqbal, learned counsel appearing virtually gives his consent to Mr. Jugala Kishore Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner to conduct the case, the defect as pointed out by the Office is ignored. Further, Mr. Panda prays to not press the I.A. No. 43 of 2025 and accordingly, the present IA stands disposed of as not pressed. CRLREV No. 44 of 2025 and IA Nos. 41 & 42 of 2025

3. This criminal revision is directed against the confirming judgment of conviction and sentence of the revision Petitioner for commission of offences punishable U/Ss. 353/308 of IPC and Section 25(1- B)(a)/27 of the Arms Act.

4. Heard, Mr. Jugala Kishore Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K. Rout, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

5. Admit. The digitized copy of the LCR be called for from the learned trial Court.
