03. 2. Leaned State Counsel submits on instructions that the petitioner's case is not covered by the judgment of this Court in Sailendra Narayan Panda & Anr. vs. State of Odisha & Ors. (W.P.(C) No. 10125 of 2021, disposed of on 30.07.2021) inasmuch as he was not an applicant in the selection process of 2007.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that the matter can be finally disposed of at this stage. Hence list this matter on 6th November, 2024.
