01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Mr. Bhagaban Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner by drawing attention of the Court to the observation made in paragraph-11 of the the impugned judgment, submits that without assigning any reason, the learned trial Court has arbitrarily fixed the quantum of maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- per month, but the Opposite Party being an able bodied plumber and having continued to work in Mumbai, is capable to pay more than what has been awarded as maintenance to the Petitioner.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions and taking into account the provisions governing the field, issue notice to the Opposite Party by Registered Post with A.D./Speed Post fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within seven working
