01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. In filing this ARBA, the appellant has challenged the

judgment dated 18.04.2024 passed by the learned District

Judge, Puri in Arbitration Misc. Case No.80 of 2018 arising

out of the order dated 28.07.2018 passed by the Collector,

Puri-cum- Arbitrator, Puri in Arbitration Misc. Case No.107

of 2014.

2. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the

Respondents.

3. Issue notice to the Respondents by Registered Post with

A.D./Speed Post making it returnable by 14th November,
