01. 1. This matter is taken up through a hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Appeal, the Appellant has challenged the judgment

dated 30.05.2024 passed by the learned Commissioner for

Employee's Compensation-cum-Joint Labour Commissioner,

Hqrs, Bhubaneswar in E.C. Case No.6 of 2023.

4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the

Respondent.

5. Issue notice to the Respondent by Registered Post with

A.D./Speed Post. Requisites shall be filed within five working
