Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file the order dated 30.11.2022 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur by the next date of hearing.

2. Issue notice.

3. Mr. Jena, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the opposite party No.3 waives the notice.

4. Issue notice to the opposite party Nos.1 and 2 by Registered Post with A.D./Speed Post with A.D. Requisites shall be filed by tomorrow.

5. List this matter on 20.12.2024.

6. In the meantime, the operation of the impugned judgment dated 19.07.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Jagatsinghpur in Criminal Revision No.24 of 2022, shall remain stayed till the next date.

7. It is made clear that, if the steps are not taken for serving the opposite party No.2, the stay order granted today by this Court shall be automatically vacated.
