   04.      1.     This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
            /Physical Mode).

2. This Criminal Revision under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, which has been filed by the petitioner against an order of rejection of his bail passed on dated 27.06.2024 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sundargarh in Criminal Appeal No.07 of 2024.

3. For hearing of the bail application as per Section 102 of Juvenile Justice(Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, the notice was issued to the informant to object the Criminal Revision filed by the petitioner, but, as per the submission of the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, notice was duly served upon the informant, but, in spite of that, the informant has not come to oppose the Criminal Revision filed by the petitioner.

4. So, I heard the revision from the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

5. Hearing is concluded and judgment is reserved.
