01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. In filing this ARBA, the appellant has challenged the

judgment dated 19.04.2024 passed by the learned District

Judge, Puri in Arbitration Misc. Case No.99 of 2018 arising

out of the order dated 07.07.2018 passed by the Arbitrator-

cum-Collector, Puri in Arbitration Misc. Case No105 of 2014.

2. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the

Respondents.

3. Since Mr. Umesh Chandra Mohanty, learned counsel

usually appears on behalf of the National Highways

Authority of India/Respondents, let the learned counsel for

the Appellant serve two extra copies of the brief on him

within three working days hence.
