Registry has pointed out that there is a delay of 4(four) days delay in filing this Jail Criminal Appeal.

After hearing the learned counsel for the State and since it is a case where the appellant has been imposed substantive sentence for his conviction, we are inclined to condone the delay in filing the Jail Criminal Appeal.
