2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the CT & GST Department-Opposite Parties.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner stated that this matter is covered by the judgment of this Court in M/s. Shree Bharat Motors Ltd & another Vs. the Sales Tax Officer, Bhubaneswar-I Circle, Bhubaneswar and others, 2023 SCC OnLine Ori 1045:
(2023) 115 GSTR 163. Therefore, it is contended that this matter is covered by the said judgment, which is not disputed by learned Standing Counsel appearing for the CT & GST Department-Opposite Parties.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court in M/s. Shree Bharat Motors Ltd. (supra).
